Ineffable is a zine that I participated in. It contains 20 interviews with various types of artists. The concept behind the pages surrounding the interviews (covers, table of contents, staff bios, etc.) was a response to the idea that artists are often dreamers with their heads in the clouds. I also wanted to explore the meaning of the title Ineffable being too great for words to describe. I utilized images of handwritten letters and clouds combined with a soft color palette to further the dream-like feeling. The interview spreads I designed draw attention to the unique shapes and movement created in the sculptures made by my interviewee.
